Zloty Pharmaceuticals was established in 1986 with a Mission to provide affordable and innovative healthcare to all irrespective of geographical and socio-economic barriers throughout the world.

Right since the inception of this company, we are involved in the same activity. With changing times, the pharmaceutical industry has grown from traditional products to far more high technology areas of manufacturing including biotech products. Along with this growth has come responsibility for quality products. Quality assurance being the primary concern , we offer products which are part with international standards.

The quality is the foundation of our business. With increased importance to regulatory support and changing business models we are able to support our customers to their satisfaction. With various product and manufacturing representations, we are committed to delivery quality products. Our manufacturing is done in compliance with GMP norms.

Our Products are manufactured at WHO cGMP certified plants with ISO 9001: 2000, located in Warsaw Poland. With our focus on quality, the company has earned tremendous faith and confidence in its associates.

Our product range consists of wide therapeutic formulations from Beta-lactam, Non Beta-Lactam category, Hormonal Tablets, Capsules, Tablets, Creams, Gels & Ointments, Ear & Eye Drops and Liquid and Dry Powder Injections.

Our manufacturing facilities have in-house testing and a separate fully equipped commercial Testing Laboratory for testing products and to ensure that we deliver the finest quality.

Our manufacturing facilities at multiple locations have dedicated manufacturing areas for different Finished Dosage Forms (FDFs) including Liquid Injections, Dry Injections, Tablets, Capsules, Eye Drops, Ear Drops, Ointments, Creams and Gels. The production areas are designed to maximize output quality and quantity with minimal down time.

Our manufacturing operations are focused on producing generics, branded generics, specialty, over-the-counter (OTC) products, antiretroviral (ARVs), Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and intermediates in the full range of dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, injectables, ointments, creams and liquids.

At Zloty Pharma, we make good health affordable and accessible to the marginalized communities and society at large. With active fieldwork, dedicated research and recognition of the efforts of those who work behind the scenes to combat illness and disease, we help as many people as we can to ensure their right to good Health, education, water, livelihood, environment and disaster relief are some of our key priorities in the area of corporate social responsibility (CSR). We also help conduct training in vocational skills for communities and undertake local-level community programmes that are need based.

Targeting “Zero Harm” by providing Clean Environment and a Safe, Healthy Workplace. At Zloty Pharma, we are fully committed to achieving excellence in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and conduct our activities in the most responsible manner. The importance of EHS is continually stressed and extensively promoted as a part of our corporate culture. Our EHS Policy provides for the creation of a safe and healthy workplace and a clean environment for employees and the community at large. It aims for the highest international standards in plant design, equipment selection, maintenance and operations. The policy is a commitment that we will manufacture our products safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.

The implementation of the EHS Policy is ensured by institutionalising a robust EHS Management System, adequately supported by a well-defined organisational structure. EHS performance is periodically reviewed at facility, regional / divisional and corporate levels to monitor the progress. Close cooperation between all units and individuals is key to maintaining high standards of environment protection and occupational safety & health at all the facilities.

The key processes comprise regular safety surveillance, inspections and audits; permit to work system for operational/maintenance safety; fire prevention and protection activities; operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)/Incinerator; disposal activities related to hazardous wastes; and regular monitoring of the environment, internally and also through approved laboratories. The state-of-the-art equipment installed at our major facilities for recycling of the treated effluent has helped us achieve the status of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).

We also engage with the concerned authorities and industry in devising responsible laws, regulations and standards. We have made EHS concerns and practices a necessary factor in appraising our employees. We accord the highest priority to hygiene monitoring at workplace and health assessment of all employees at facilities. Our plant and processes are continuously upgraded to improve hygiene and health standards. Necessary training is imparted to employees to enhance their awareness in health and safety related matters.

EHS Certifications

We have been progressively establishing ISO14001:2004/2015 compliant Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 compliant Occupational Health and Safety Management System at our key manufacturing facilities.

Responsibility. HIV/AIDS

Providing High Quality Generic ARVs to Patients Around the World
We believe that Anti-retroviral (ARV) therapy is an essential tool in waging the war against HIV/AIDS. Hence, we have taken a conscious decision to manufacture and supply affordable, high quality generic ARV treatments to patients around the world. We offer today a wide range of World Health Organisation prequalified (WHO PQ) ARV products that are supplied in over 90 countries in Africa, Latin America, CIS and Asia. We estimate currently close to a million patients worldwide use our ARV products for their daily treatment needs.

Improving Access and Affordability
We have been associated with this cause since 2001 offering ARVs to various National AIDS treatment programmes in Africa. We were also responsible for making these drugs affordable in order to improve access. In 2004, the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) was signed up with a view to reducing the cost of the triple drug cocktail for consortium partners in Africa and other countries. Ever since, we have been launching newer drugs and combinations for treating HIV. Currently, we are leveraging our global network of offices, affiliates, joint ventures and alliances to make ARV products available to patients around the world.

Our portfolio comprises Bio-equivalent ARV products. These are manufactured at our state-of-the-art facilities approved by WHO PQ and / or stringent regulatory authorities.

Indeed, with pharmaceuticals for several first-line and second line Highly Active Anti-retroviral Therapy (HAART) regimens and a portfolio providing a large range of bio-equivalent generic ARVs, we hope to contribute significantly to combating HIV/AIDS.

Several of our ARVs are prequalified under the QSM programme run by World Health Organisation - (WHO), Geneva

We are a leading supplier of ARVs to global NGOs, institutions and government programmes. We were the second Europe pharmaceutical company to get approval for a generic ARV from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We have over 400 product approvals in various countries, with 350 dossiers in the pipeline. Our bio-equivalence studies are conducted at approved CROs in North America and Poland. All our ARVs comply with Zone IV and Zone II stability requirements. Our range of quality Fixed Dose Combinations (FDCs) reduce pill burden and improve patient compliance. We offer dispersible pediatric ARVs –simplified treatment for children. A range of FDC dispersible pediatric and second and third line products are in the pipeline
